This trail is not for any noobs, this is an expert single track trail, with a lot of climbs and a lot of single track and double track, along with a many gate crossings.
In the beginning, you will start with a double track, and you will be heading through private property and some homes along the way, but don’t mind that, its ok for Mountain Bikers, just not Motor-cycles.
After a while, you’ll get to a gate you can squeeze through and into the grassland. Stay on the single track the whole way down. You’ll cross gates, some locked and some not, and at the bottom you’ll get to the main paved road that leads into Valle do Cocora on the right, and Salento on the left. Take a left on the road, it’s a bit of steep climb for 3k or so, and it takes you back into town. Stop somewhere in the main square and enjoy a bite to eat.
